VEIR is seeking a qualified Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our Manufacturing team.
The Manufacturing team is responsible for optimizing and developing manufacturing processes for our cable production line.
What You'll Do Process Design & Improvement: Lead the design and optimization of manufacturing processes for cable production to ensure high-quality and efficient output.
Quality & Compliance: Develop and implement quality standards and testing protocols to meet regulatory and company requirements.
Collaboration & Troubleshooting: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering team and engineering technicians, to troubleshoot issues and refine processes for maximum productivity.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of process flows, troubleshooting steps, and improvements, sharing insights with stakeholders to foster continuous improvement.
Skills You Have Technical Proficiency: Expertise in manufacturing process engineering with a strong focus on cable production is highly desired.
Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to analyze production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement practical solutions.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrated commitment to quality standards and a meticulous approach to documentation and reporting.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Who You Are Experienced Engineer: You have 3+ years in manufacturing process engineering, ideally with hands-on cable manufacturing experience.
Problem Solver: You approach challenges with curiosity, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
