You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.A Brief OverviewAs a Lead Open Market Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our Open Market Solutions (OMS) Team. You will be responsible for gathering medical quotes for both large and small groups, ancillary quotes from carriers, creating comprehensive proposals, and managing the implementation of benefit plans in TriNet's Benefits Administration system. This role involves close collaboration with clients to ensure their employees receive optimal benefit offerings and support.LocationsUnited States (Remote)What you will doQuote Gathering: Collect quotes for large group, small group, and ancillary products from various carriers.Proposal Creation: Develop detailed proposals highlighting the return on investment for different benefit plans.Plan and Rate Loading: Effectively load and manage plan details and rates in TriNet's Benefits Administration system.Enrollment Support: Assist plan enrollees by addressing their questions and providing guidance during the enrollment process.Open Enrollment Facilitation: Facilitate open enrollment sessions, providing information on available benefit plans and guiding employees through the enrollment process.Carrier Enrollment Submissions: Manage the submission process for enrollments with carriers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Adds, Terms, and Deletes: Handle additions, terminations, and changes to employee benefit plans accurately and promptly.Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate carriers and benefit plans for their employees.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients to ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of issues.Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure benefit plans comply with relevant laws and standards.Participate in key projects and initiatives that drive business results.Develop strategies and business plans to deliver and exceed expected business objectives and results.Education QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experienceExperience QualificationsTypically 10+ years experience in benefits administration or related field.Skills and AbilitiesProficiency in using TriNet's Benefits Administration system is highly desirable.Strong understanding of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and ancillary products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Client-focused with a consultative approach.Knowledge of relevant compliance regulations and laws.Willingness to take on new and often one-off projects while maintaining existing workload.Excellent business acumen.Ability to connect with employees at all levels of the organization.Strong knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment laws.Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.A demonstrated dedication to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Licenses and CertificationsHealth and Life License within 180 Days-preferredTravel Requirements25%Work EnvironmentWork in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office setting.
