If you don't have it all, we can train but the mountain seems smaller if you: Have a working knowledge of all things residential plumbing with hands on experience including water heaters, water conditioning, pumps, drains, piping, repairs, troubleshooting, etc.
Are comfortable and confident dealing with customers, presenting options, collecting payment, and generally TCOB of all things.
Are a good communicator and understand people.
Aren't scared of the word "NO" unless referring to the advancement of your career and income.
