What you'll do As the Lead Product Manager for Business to Employee (B2E) you will focus on delivering solutions that allow our customers to better engage and improve their employees daily lives. You will work with key stakeholders to define a multi-year strategy and lead the efforts to build the roadmap, vision, and priorities for supporting this priority business segment. You will deeply understand how Docusign can best deliver for our B2E customer needs and work with product development teams across Docusign to deliver product capabilities and solutions that support Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams' end-to-end agreement flows. Interacting directly with customers to validate solutions and market needs will be a key part of your role.
Docusign has built award winning technology for enabling businesses to automate their agreement processes - from generating agreements, negotiating between parties, getting agreements electronically signed, managing the workflows and integrations once an agreement is signed and analyzing and deriving insights from agreements. You will serve as the subject matter expert guiding product development teams on what capabilities and solutions will best meet B2E customers' biggest agreement challenges related to recruiting candidates, onboarding new employees, staffing contingent workers and more. Using qualitative and quantitative insights, you will deliver a strategy and product roadmap that both transforms how Docusign meets B2E customer needs and drives measurable impact. In this position you will work cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, and Engineering and engage directly with customers to experiment and iterate.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Management.
Responsibilities Lead the strategy and roadmap for delivering product capabilities and solutions for Business to Employee (B2E)Facilitate customer engagements to validate solutions and market needs within Human Resources and Talent AcquisitionDrive the vision and requirements, translate them to functional specifications to facilitate a sound design and deliver a delightful customer experience in partnership with product development teams across DocusignLeverage primary and secondary research to deepen understanding of B2E customers across their lifecycle, from awareness to renewal and expansionOwn insights on the market including staying abreast of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition industry trends, events, and channels to anticipate customer needsUnderstand key personas, difficulties, and jobs to be done within Human Resources and Talent Acquisition by closely working with customers, User Research, and MarketingUnderstand and profile high value, innovative use cases purchased Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
What you bring Basic Bachelor's Degree in a technology related area of study (CS, EE, IT, Systems, MIS, etc.)12 years in product management for SaaS products and services with a Bachelor's degree; or 8+ years in product management for SaaS products and services with a Master's degree; or equivalent experienceTrack record in product management for Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition focused productsExperience with HRIS systems e.g. Workday and Recruiting solutions e.g. iCIMSExperience building and gaining buy-in of business cases for new product capabilities/innovationsBackground working with cross-functional teamsDirect experience in delivering product using iterative or Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM)Preferred Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or InformaticsDemonstrated success managing large scale technology products including new, existing, or legacy products tailored to the needs of Human Resources and/or Talent AcquisitionStrong customer focus through qualitative and quantitative measuresAbility to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, prioritize your work and handle your own timeExcellent executive presence, verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills and productivityExperience building and using telemetry to review site performance and make data-driven decisions.Ability to operate in a matrixed environment influencing multiple partners and roadmap delivery commitmentsStrong track record of building lasting, cross-functional partnerships with both internal and external groupsProven ability to collaborate well cross-functionally across organizational boundaries with Engineering, User Experience, Research, Product, Program Management, Sales, Marketing, IT, Compliance, Security, Legal, Business Development, and SupportExperience in consulting, marketing or related business fields involving compliance, information security or regulatory controls Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $171,500.00 - $277,025.00 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $164,800.00 - $242,225.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
