The PMO oversees, drives, and manages New Product Introduction (NPI) for Honeywell Process Solutions.**Key Responsibilities**- NPI (Classic and Z21) Process and Tool (Accolade) leadership and alignment to Development process. Simplify, refresh, and maintain process guidance and training materials. Deliver process and tool training to all relevant stakeholders.- NPI Pipeline Tool (in Accolade) process model design, maintenance, and user support.- Product Security Sign-Off process leadership including process redesign, MOS, metrics and training.IPP Process and Tool leadership including training and support.- Participate in HPS NPI CCB and provide input related to process/tools. Ensure NPI changes approved by CCB are applicable/needed/appropriate for HPS users. Delegate and ensure changes are implemented.- Overall coordination of financial reporting - collect NPI Revenue data from Offering Management team, validate with key stakeholders, coordinate with Accolade IT, publish data, and validate Accolade dashboards.- Collection and reporting of HPS metrics. Ensure the maintenance and effectiveness of metrics including definition, deployment, and management.- Must be flexible to adapt to the challenges of working across multiple time zones and global regions. Must be able to lead and work in a virtual team environment
