Description The Lead Solution Architect directs the development of advanced data solutions and relational databases, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This role involves selecting optimal technology stacks, designing lakehouse architectures, and managing data acquisition, access, archiving, and recovery strategies. The Lead Solution Architect is responsible for creating and overseeing complex data models, structures, and nomenclature. They evaluate and integrate new data sources while maintaining stringent quality standards. Additionally, the Lead Solution Architect excels in visualizing comprehensive data solutions, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable insights. This position includes leading architectural initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and mentoring other architects.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/statistical or business field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science). (Required)Master's Degree preferred. (Preferred)Requires deep functional knowledge with 10 years of related experience, or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
