Lead Utility – Fort Smith Reports To: Production Control Manager Direct Reports: N/A FLSA Status: Non-exempt Employment Type: Full Time Position Overview: Know all aspects of the Shipping and Warehouse department including responsibility of Inventory Accuracy and Control Essential Job Functions: Must be able to perform ALL shipping and receiving tasks without supervision, including scheduling pickups.Responsible for putting away all incoming materials, physically and in the computer system.Responsible for pulling all raw materials for order demand.Perform scheduled cycle counts and monthly inventory.Must be able to professionally answer emails within the organization always demonstrating respect, thoroughness, and with a Customer First effort.Must practice safe working in all aspects of the job.Accuracy and Attention to Detail are highest priority including daily paperwork processing.Maintaining a clean work area at the end of every shift is importantHaving initiative for "How else can I help?" is critical since shipping can be an ebb&flow departmentNon-Essential Job Functions: Other responsibilities not required to successfully do jobHelping the cutting department to prepare work for the sewing department.Help gather completed orders from the shop floorOther duties as assignedTraining: On the job. Qualifications: Education & Certifications: High School diploma Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in a warehouse environment Key Competencies: Dependability, teamwork, collaboration, always hustling, flexibility, initiative, organizational skills, communication, attention to details, computer accuracy. Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit or stand for duration of the day and walk frequently. Able to lift 40 lbs.
