Our client is actively seeking a Learning and Development Consultant supporting RCE initiatives.

Contract or contract-to-hire opportunity Hybrid to downtown Chicago RESPONSIBILITIES: As part of a highly visible team responsible for developing enterprise programming that drives behavior around risk, controls, remediation, and testing, the Instructional eLearning Designer for Risk and Controls Enhancement will play a key role in ensuring our partners are equipped to manage risk.Effectively consult with work stream leads and subject matter experts to understand the business requirements and get to the root of the learning need(s).Collaboratively create and implement of a portfolio of Risk and Control development solutions that yield the greatest benefit to Northern Trust.Set the bar for innovative leaning design ensuring internally designed and purchased solutions are relevant, fresh, and engaging across a range of digital learning mediums.Manage learning project plans through the ADDIE life cycle.
Expected to take the initiative to conceptualize and lead experimental projects in consultation with leaders/experts.
You will be provided with guidance on determining methods and procedures for new assignments.Continually assess programs against expectations and processes and recommend/implement changes that drive efficiencies and tighter integration with other workstreams/programs.QUALIFICATIONS:
Program design and development skills (assessment strategies, instructional design, adult learning approaches, audience analysis, outcome measurement, etc.
