You are also:
A good communicator with 2+ years of experience in the property management industryHave had some exposure to new construction/lease up properties Work in an urgent and organized fashion consistently Strong in sales and communication with a work history of sales related positions Able to manage multiple projects at multiple propertiesAble to effectively manage, coach and train the leasing team Proficient in learning new technology and using it on a daily basis to streamline communication and meet goals quickly Experienced in meeting closing ratio requirements Able to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly leasing goalsAble to process paperwork with minimal to zero errorsAble to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructionsEffectively present information to management and residentsProficient with basic computational skills such as addition, subtraction, division, and multiplicationAble to complete file audits and work comfortably with Microsoft office suites including excelExperience with or able to learn Google Suites Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situationsExperienced working across multiple departments with managers of varying degreesCustomer-focusedUp to date with all Fair Housing Regulations, local ordinances and laws, and other legal issues affecting property managementFamiliar with Yardi or equivalent property management software Physical Demands: (with or without reasonable accommodations)
