\n Responsibilities:Collaborates closely with the Leasing and Marketing departments to follow up with all the leads generated from different channelsInnovates and implements promotion strategies including but not limited to online/offline advertisements, (virtual) open house activities, and community succession activitiesParticipates in innovation meetings to initiate the sales plan for different seasons with flexible strategiesGets familiar with all of the properties and amenities offered to further develop a strategy to drive leases; Provides potential tenants with relevant information in regard to their requirements and budget in a timely mannerDisplay properties for potential tenants in (virtual/field) tours and online communications (via phone call/video call) of facilities and available unitsSends essential documents/notices/letters to tenants according to the requirement of time frame; responds and negotiates with tenants on specific terms and conditionsCommunicates with tenants for necessary paperwork (leases/contracts, agreements, statements, etc.) and supports the Property Management team with the check-in / check-out processes, pre/post-inspection, and daily maintenance requestsPerforms other related duties as assignedBasic knowledge real estate and tenant/landlord preferred but not required; can be taught on-the-job QualificationsA Bachelor's degree or above is preferredActive lease license by the state of IL.Willingness to work Tuesday - Saturday schedule. 1+ years experience in sales, leasing, real estate, or related fieldsFamiliarity with social media platforms operations (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Craigslist, Instagram, etc.)Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and customer orientationA quick learner who works well in demanding environmentsProven working experience as a leasing agent is preferredProficiency in using MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.) and Google Suites
\n$19 - $20 an hour
\nCompensation: The estimated hourly cash salary for this role is $19 - $20/hr + commission
