Job Overview: Responsible for performing advanced, diversified and confidential administrative and support duties for gaming, hospitality, and retail functions.
This position will be responsible for high-level matter management, including assisting the Deputy General Legal Counsel in receiving, delegating, prioritizing, and monitoring legal tasks; assisting with governance tasks, including Board minutes, resolutions, and presentations; conducting independent research and analysis; and performing special projects.
This position will also provide general administrative support such as responding to legal inquiries and correspondence and filing legal documents.

Job Requirements:
Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:
2-5 years' experience.
Any combination of post-secondary education with legal support, administrative support or related field and/or related experience required.
Ability to type 60 words per minute.
Proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheets, presentation, database, electronic mail software.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common legal documents.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form with all levels of management.
