Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their Private Capital Transactions & Tax team.
The hours are 9:30am-5:30pm and this role is hybrid with Monday-Thursday in their NYC office and Friday remote.
Responsibilities:
Support three partners and senior executives
Manage multiple calendars and support scheduling requirements
Arrange and monitor all travel, remaining mindful of preferences and ensuring documentation is in place
Maintain a professional relationship with other legal counsel, courts, agencies, and professional organizations on behalf of attorneys
Reconcile and process expenses, collaborating with assigned billing coordinators
Compose, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and other documents
Assist with printing, scanning, copying/binding, filing, and notary services
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
7-10+ years of administrative experience out of professional services
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Work
Excellenet written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Compensation/Benefits:
Up to $105.5K base depending on experience + overtime + bonus
