Legal Biller (Law Firm Experience)

We are conducting a search for a Legal Biller with 5+ years of legal billing experience.


What You'll Do:

Duties include, but are not limited to, generate, print and distribute prebills to assigned partners each month, follow up with partners to ensure pre-bills are returned by the deadline, perform narrative edits, time/cost adjustments and write-offs (in accordance with firm's policies and procedures), ensure bills meet agreed client guidelines, generate final invoices and send to clients.


What You'll Bring: Experience with split and/or multipayor billing a plus.
Must have the ability to respond to billing, payment, accounts receivable and other routine inquiries, and generate system reports as necessary.
Candidate must be detail oriented, possess excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Candidate must be self-driven, capable of critical and analytical thinking, solution and detail oriented, possesses excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and/or in a team environment.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, emphasis in Excel.
Elite 3E experience a plus but not required.
