Legal Operations and Support Alameda, CA (Onsite) 3+ Months Web Cam Interview Key Skills: Legal IT Systems & NetDocuments (Max experience in Years 7 Years ) Look for Jr or Mid-level Legal IT operations Responsibilities Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues related to business application like NetDocuments. Answering customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Coordinate between the business users and IT helpdesk to troubleshoot and resolve issues which can be blend of multiple factors. Work with the software vendors, if needed, to troubleshoot and resolve users' issues. Handle difficult patiently on urgently basis. Participate in testing whenever required. Team player and able to follow the instructions provided. Any other responsibilities as assigned to assist with ad-hoc duties.
Qualification and Experience Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with around 2 years of experience. Experience with Legal IT Systems especially NetDocuments system is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle difficult clients patiently. Strong MS Office skills especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. This is an On-Site contract role.
