Job Summary:
Managing the daily operations of administrative staff and building facilitiesSupervising Facilities, Reception, Training, and Scanning department staffOverseeing firm events, file management, general facilities, and administration duties Responsibilities:
Managing and allocating office space in consultation with the Director of AdministrationOrganizing transition plans for incoming and outgoing attorneys and firmsManaging conflict check process for incoming casesCoordinating building repairs, maintenance, and alterations with architects and contractorsHandling lease relationships and ensuring compliance with lease agreementsOverseeing purchasing and inventory control of supplies and furnitureSupervising Reception, Facilities, Training, and Scanning departmentsPlanning and executing firm events and meetings Requirements:
Previous administrative management experienceBachelor's degree in business administration or related fieldMinimum of 5-7 years' experience in an Operations and Management role with direct reportsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
