About company: Our client is a liquidity and technology provider of solutions for the crypto and foreign exchange (FX) industry. The company specializes in the sphere of B2B services and products, catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto brokers, forex brokers, hedge and crypto funds, and professional managers. B2Broker's advanced base of ready-to-use technical solutions enables brokers to save time and money on consuming infrastructure projects and focus on enlarging their client base and increasing their revenues.
Skills and requirements: - 3+ years of working experience in either a law firm or in-house in IT company

- Master's degree in Law/International Law - Experience in fintech, crypto, forex industry - International law experience - Professional experience in IT, FinTech spheres, Corporate and International Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law. - Deep knowledge in drafting and architecture of Software Development, License, Services Agreements.

- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Highly motivated, responsible, productive, and persistent.
- Organized with the ability to plan work within established deadlines.
- Ability to work fast and independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and research skills, ability to process large amounts of information, and summarize findings
- Proactive, with a business-focused approach.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and care in the final product.
Key duties and responsibilities: - Draft, review, and revise different types of contracts (Software Development, SaaS, License, Services Agreements) and other legal documents;
- Prepare answers to the clients' amendments/comments to the clients' agreements, drafting agreements based on accepted amendments;
- Draft and review terms of use/website policies/public offers
- Review and draft official letters/official complaints/pre-court claims;
- Legal analyses and review of various kinds of agreements for day-to-day company operations;
- Review and draft legal opinions on related cases;
- Conduct research on legal issues relevant to the company's operations, and provide analysis and recommendations;
- Provide general day-to-day administrative, research, legal support to activities of the legal team, and contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the legal team;
- Report to the Legal Team Lead of the Clients' Stream;
- Perform other assignments and tasks from the Legal Team Lead of the Clients' Stream.
Languages: English – C1/B2 level, additional language ( Spanish or Chinese) is a big plus
