Primary Responsibilities:Scan and process incoming mail into iManageProcess outgoing mail and overnight packagesMaintain conference rooms - setup for meetings and breakdown post meetingsOrder, stock and maintain office supplies and kitchen suppliesPerform a variety of clerical duties including, but not limited to, typing, scheduling, filing, and preparing large mailingsScanning and file projectsSkills, Qualifications & Educational Requirements:High school degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plusMinimum of 2 years of experience in administrative assistant role, preferably in the professional services areaProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office technologyAbility to communicate professionally and interact effectively with all levels of personnel, including management staff and support staffAbility to be a proactive self-starter who understands the details within a much larger contextDemonstrated attention to detail, reliability and ability to learn new technology quicklyExcellent client service skills and ability to work on multiple matters simultaneously in an organized manner and under minimal supervisionThe ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlinesPlease email your resume and cover letter to Jessica Thomas– ******** .
