*Position Summary*We are currently recruiting a DC Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a 100% teletherapy position. Work from home while serving patients accessing care from their homes or other private locations. Provide behavioral care services through a HIPAA-compliant online system.An exciting hybrid compensation model which includes a productivity-based bonus with uncapped earning potential.*Responsibilities** Provide mental health services such as intake, therapy and counseling* Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual's thoughts, feelings and behaviors* Act as a treatment team member to determine, coordinate and implement appropriate care* Prepare and regularly maintain progress notes and discharge summaries* Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all* Facilitate therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces treatment plans* Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context* Maintain all required certifications and licenses*Qualifications** Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)* Preference for clinicians licensed in DC.* Professional licensure must enable independent practice* Provisional licenses or those requiring additional supervision are ineligible*Ideal Candidate ** 1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted license* Interest in being a pioneering clinician in a thriving behavioral health care modality* Comfortable with technology* Strong communication skills* Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred*Logistics ** Schedule is determined by AtHome Operations. We will work to create a schedule that meets your needs as well as the business needs of the organization. This information reflects the anticipated salary for this position using current national data.
