Essence of the role (Role's Purpose):

Learn about this ever-growing and innovative industry within a store housing over 4,000 items.
The responsibility of the Store Ambassador is to build the Lindberg brand awareness and drive product sales.
The primary role is leading the Nutrition Center programs including all events, vendor management and local outreach.
The candidate should have an enthusiasm for the health and wellness category accompanied with an energetic and creative attitude.
In addition, the Store Ambassador will need to understand all store operations including assisting customers, loyalty program, processing all cash receipts, driving daily sales and product merchandising.
The Store Ambassador will also be required to assist supervisors by ensuring that superior customer service is delivered across all levels of the customer experience.
Recipe for Success (Responsibilities):
Brand Advocate
•Build relationships with vendors and local partners.
•Work with marketing teams to develop strategy and engagement.
•Provide outstanding customer service and an energetic attitude.
•Share ideas with supervisors to promote the brand.
•Works with team members to deliver best in class customer service.
Nutrition Center Management
•Create schedule and manage vendors.
•Collaborate with marketing to deliver high participation and excitement.
•Utilize all digital assets to drive engagement.
•Seek out new partners and opportunities to increase customer acquisition.
•Partner with the store manager to engage associate participation.
Customer Service
•Ensures that each customer receives outstanding customer service
•Greeting and acknowledging every customer
•Suggesting complementary top sellers to customers
•Promoting store incentives, contests, and marketing promotions
•Promotes, suggests, and speaks highly of all company-owned brands (Lindberg, Fitness Labs, Piping Rock, etc.)
•Additional duties as assigned
Ingredients Required (Qualifications):
•Experience in promotions and sampling in a retail environment.
•High level of creativity and promotional skills.
•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Vibrant and energetic attitude.
•Excellent presentation and oratory skills.
•Enthusiasm for the Health and Wellness category and customers.
Role's Physical Requirements:
•Must be able to lift 50lbs
•Must be able to stand for 8 hours
•Must be able to work in a physically challenging environment
