We are currently seeking a talented Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a Litigation Associate, you will play a crucial role in handling various litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial disputes, insurance defense, and personal injury cases.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation proceedings.
Draft pleadings, motions, and other essential legal documents.
Prepare for and actively participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.
Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
Assist in case management and contribute to strategy development.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the California state bar and in good standing.
3+ years of experience in litigation practice.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
