Job Overview: GDCR Attorneys at Law is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join the firms Education Group.
As a Litigation Attorney, you will primarily represent our clients in civil lawsuits and provide advice to clients on various transactional matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to serve public sector clients.

Duties: Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts Represent clients in court proceedings, including appeals, hearings, and depositions Assist in the negotiation of settlements Provide timely, accurate, and responsive legal advice to clients Be a team player Embrace the challenge of assisting public sector clients with the task of compliance with numerous federal and Georgia legal requirements Experience: Juris Doctor (J.D.)
