Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive litigation counsel across various business sectors, addressing unique challenges with strategic insights.Manage and assist with legal claims, including litigation, audits, worker's compensation, and other governing body claims.Draft, negotiate, and review a wide array of business agreements, with a focus on litigation implications and risk mitigation.Represent clients in legal proceedings throughout Arizona, ensuring their interests are effectively protected in all litigation matters.Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting our operations and clients' litigation strategies.Advise clients on legal matters, empowering them to make informed decisions while mitigating litigation risks.Assist with Estate Planning matters as they arise.Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.)
degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in Arizona.Strong knowledge of business law, with a focus on litigation, including contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property, employment law, and regulatory compliance.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of applying legal principles to practical litigation scenarios.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex litigation concepts for non-legal stakeholders.Proven ability to work independently, managing multiple litigation tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.Strong negotiation and drafting skills, with a track record of preparing clear and concise legal documents related to litigation.Demonstrated experience in providing strategic litigation advice and risk mitigation.Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.High ethical standards with a commitment to confidentiality and protecting sensitive information.Why Join Us?
