Work Schedule: 9am-5pm
Work Environment: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote after initial 90 day ramp up period
Job Description: The ideal candidate is a versatile team player who demonstrates experience performing multiple work assignments concurrently, often within a short period time, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
This individual will work well as a team, willing to collaborate and jump in when needed as well as being a self-starter.
They will also prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and effectively solve problems under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Must be organized, wiling to learn new things, and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities include: Assist attorneys with client communication, revising legal documents including motions, pleadings, straight typing, edits and answering phonesMust be proficient in MS WordEnter attorney time using iTimekeepSubmit expense and reimbursement reports using Chrome RiverManage and prioritize incoming email and correspondenceProofread work for accuracyAbility to function effectively in stressful situations; exhibit professional maturityUphold a professional demeanor at all times.
Demonstrate an attitude of cooperation with legal staff, peers and administrators.Advanced Microsoft Word skills typing 55+ words per minute.
