We believe in a work-life balance; therefore, you will NOT be working 60-80 hours a week.
You must have 3+ years of civil litigation and/or Family law experience as a paralegal.
You must be a GREAT writer and an excellent communicator.

You must be comfortable with handling cases such as child custody and domestic violence restraining orders.
We will train the right attorney who has 3+ years of Civil Litigation experience who is passionate about Family Law and helping families during a difficult time in their lives.
You will work closely with our managing attorney and associates, conduct legal research, draft documents, and maintain client files.

Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research to support litigation proceedings and case preparation • Draft legal documents, motions, and correspondence for attorney review and filing • Assist attorneys in preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials • Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and evidence for easy retrieval • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to schedule meetings and hearings Qualifications: • Min 3+ years of Civil litigation and/or Family law is a must • Legal Research Proficiency • Proofreading Skills • Detail-Oriented Skills • Must provide sample writing to be considered Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 yearly
