We are working with a number of New York City Law Firms on Litigation Paralegal roles.
Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience supporting attorneys whose practice focuses on: securities litigaiton, corporate litigation, commercial litigation, financial services/banking litigation and/or antitrust litigation.
Key Responsbilities/Duties (required):
Draft, edit, finalize and manage litigaiton legal documents as well as coordinate document productionsCite-check and Bluebook Legal research/due diligenceHandle all aspects of trial prep as well as post-trial tasksWork with attorneys and staff on depositionsCorrespondenceLiaise with clients, attorneys, staff (all levels), vendors, court personnel Handle tasks related to dockets and calendaring Assist with administrative tasks Filing at state and federal level If you are qualified, and interested to learn more, please send either an MS Word version or PDF version of your resume to Jess Levinson at ******
