Litigation Trial Paralegal (Product Liability)

Litigation Trial Paralegal (Product Liability) Our client seeks a skilled Litigation Trial Paralegal to support their Product Liability and Class Action Litigation Group IN Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience in complex product liability and class action cases, managing all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and support.
Key Responsibilities: Support attorneys in case management, trial preparation, document organization, and witness and exhibit management.Draft and file legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and subpoenas.Manage document review and e-discovery processes, coordinating with clients, vendors, and opposing counsel.Serve as an essential team member during trial, handling exhibits, courtroom logistics, and technology.Conduct legal research, draft case summaries, and maintain databases.Provide post-trial support, including settlement documentation and case file organization.Ensure confidentiality and compliance with court procedures.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.Minimum 6 years of litigation paralegal experience, focused on product liability and class action (automotive industry experience is beneficial).Strong trial preparation and courtroom support experience.Proficiency with legal and e-discovery software (e.g., Lexis, Relativity, CaseMap, TrialDirector).Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, travel, and work extended hours during trials.What We Offer: Compensation: $95,000-$110,000Comprehensive benefits packageGrowth and development opportunities in a collaborative environment
