LHH is

seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to manage and administer leave of absence programs, including FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and paid leave, with some minor payroll duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage all aspects of leave of absence (LOA) programs, including FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and paid leave.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding LOA policies, procedures, and status updates.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to leave programs.
Process and review timecards for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely payment related to leaves.
Maintain and update employee records related to leave and payroll.
Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on leave policies and procedures.
Prepare and distribute necessary documentation for leave requests and approvals.
Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Assist with other HR and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in LOA administration, including FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and paid leave.
Familiarity with federal, state, and local leave regulations.
Experience with payroll processing and reviewing timecards is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
