Local Delivery Driver The Local Delivery Driver role is perfect for someone looking to be trained cross-functionally and to have a direct impact on our business. The position will be a flexible combination of a warehouse delivery driver, a warehouse associate, and a customer support role. If you have experience in any one of these roles, you are likely a good fit! The right candidates will be team players and willing to learn each role to help support the Gently team.

Tasks Drive Gently branded electric vehicles to deliver customer orders Deliver parcels with speed and professionalism Pick up returns initiated by customers Ensure that the vehicle is charging properly when not being used for a route. Provide the highest level of professionalism and service to customers who contact Gently with any questions or issues they have with their delivery Work directly with internal senior management to surface and resolve issues Requirements Willingness to learn. We will be training you on our processes and technology to set you up for success. Team player. Our work environment is collaborative and focused on working together to solve problems as fast as we can. Experience working as either a delivery driver or in a warehouse or fulfillment capacity. Valid Driver's License. No special licenses are required for operating our vehicles. Detail-oriented and persistent to follow through to ensure that all issues are resolved. Gently's offices are located in Los Angeles, CA, and you will need to be able to be on-site at the selected job location during the week to perform all duties.
