Job Overview:Start Date: ASAP - OngoingAssignment: Full-time locum need, equivalent to 2 FTEsShift Type: 12-hour shifts (day and night shifts available)Block Schedule: 7 on/7 offShift Requirements: Providers must be willing to work 7 consecutive shifts, preferably 2 weeks per month.Responsibilities:Hospital Setting: The hospital has a closed ICU, and no procedures are required from hospitalist physicians. This allows the team to focus on patient care, hospital operations, and medical education.Call Rotation: Call coverage is rotated, and the provider must be open to working both day and night shifts as needed. Weekend coverage is also required.Mentorship and Teaching: The ideal candidate will be excited to teach and mentor the next generation of physicians, engaging in various aspects of hospital operations and medical education.Key Requirements:Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (FM).Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain an active New Hampshire state medical license.Experience: Prior experience as a hospitalist is required, along with the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.EMR System: Meditech is the EMR used at the hospital.
