Logistics Support Coordinator (Bilingual)

Responsibilities:
Build a high performance team to deliver key performance indicators

Own the customer relationship at the plant level for assigned accounts in coordination with the Business Solution Manager

Driving customer satisfaction by responding to customer needs/ inquiries in a timely manner

Manage order intake, process orders and coordinate changes with Production Planning department guaranteeing on time delivery to the customer

Manage customer stock levels ensuring optimal stock position and develop plans with customers to move aged materials

Complete monthly sales forecast, follow-up of trials, Finished Goods, and maintain customer price list

Handle customer claims in cooperation with Quality department

Provides any necessary reports or data to the sales team

The daily scheduling of all outbound loads from the facility, as well as all inbound shipments

Prepare documents (i.e. bill of ladings, manifests and packing lists for outbound shipment)

Facilitate all necessary claims with vendors over damaged freight, inadequate service and billing issues

Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements

Match up inbound loads with outbound loads

Making special shipping arrangements as necessary

Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products

Strong understanding of manufacturing (ERP) systems

SAP experience required

2-5 years of customer service or equivalent experience in a manufacturing setting

Demonstrated organizational abilities and priority setting

Familiar with Microsoft Office products (including Outlook, Sharepoint, Word, and Excel)

Pay Details:

$60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
