This position can be located in Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; Horsham, PA; Spring House, PA; Malvern, PA; Raynham, MA; Athens, GA; Markham, Ontario; Toronto, Canada; or Gurabo, PR. Remote work options in NA may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company. Travel to NJ 1x per month will be required for a remote worker.

Innovative Medicines Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into a single ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
The program will simplify the Innovative Medicines ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a digital backbone that is fit for purpose, allowing us to support the business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.
The Supply Chain Finance Deployment Manager is part of the Innovative Medicines Transcend Finance Deployment Team; responsible for implementation of the E2E future state Finance processes as part of the S4/Hana implementation within the global transformation programs. The candidate will lead the deployment of the future state Supply Chain Finance Processes - including inventory accounting, product costing, manufacturing variance reporting - as well as other supply chain financial and reporting processes. Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities General Responsibilities
• Lead the Supply Chain Finance workstream through the deployment phases of all Transcend releases
• Conduct site level scope assessments to identify business process scenario ownership
• Deliver Data Migration, Business Simulation Testing (BST), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Business Adoption, Cutover, and Hypercare
• Partner with BPO and GTO teams on global template development and deployment
• Manage deployment risks and mitigation activities
• Manage workstream interdependencies with outside programs (Signifi Transact, MT Transcend, others)
• Provide Credo based leadership to foster an environment of inclusiveness and continued career and personal development Data Conversion, Migration, and Validation
• Prepare, manage, and lead the data conversion and validation as part of the integration
• Coordinate data mapping validation
• Lead the coordination of the validation activities and define timelines according to deployment map
• Ensure high quality data is delivered in line with Common Information Model standards Testing Planning and Execution
• Develop methodologies to ensure design acceptance requirements are thoroughly tested
• Prepare, manage, and lead BST and UAT cycles for each release
• Partner with IT, GTO, and BPO teams to resolve test defects
• Review and approve testing results in line with compliance standards Business Adoption
• Lead feature level scoping for each deployment release by partnering with base business stakeholders
• Partner with Business Adoption Leads, BPO Team, Base Business Stakeholders to deploy end to end change management strategies
• Lead post-go live hypercare period to ensure end users can perform all essential functions in the period following go live
• Ensure adherence to J&J change management framework• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years professional related experience
• Ability to comprehend SAP design documentation and translate into actionable testing steps
• Expert level knowledge of Product Costing and manufacturing plant reporting
• Ability to manage parallel deployment release timelines
• Experience providing training and leading change management processes
• Strong analytic skills and ability to balance big picture with attention to detail
• Passionate to develop expertise in complex financial topics
• Agile mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate complex issues
• Team player and collaborative working style Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
• Experience leading the finance portion of a major business transformation / ERP Project
• Experience as a Plant Controller for large manufacturing site
• Experience leading testing cycles - BST, UAT, data validation
• Expert knowledge of SAP ERP platform
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of digital tools (PowerQuery, PowerBI, ...)
• Experience with working in global / vi r tual environments
• Experience directly leading people
• Experience using Jira project tool
The base pay range for this position is $97,000 - $166,750 USD.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
