Requirement:
Applicants must hold at least one of the following licenses through the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE):
* Professional Educator License (PEL)
* Substitute License (SUB)
* Paraprofessional License (PARA) and a Bachelor's Degree

Special Handling Pay Differential: A pay differential of $1.00 per hour will be added to regular pay for Program Assistants who have duties that require them to provide "personal care" to students.
