Job Title: Mailroom/Print Room Supervisor

Job Description:

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the print shop.
• Lead and manage a team of print shop associates.
• Ensure all printed materials meet quality standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows.
• Manage budgets and control costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Train and mentor staff on print production processes.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Analyze production data and generate reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or design or equivalent experience required.
3-5 years demonstrated Print Shop/mail room Experience required.
At least 2 years direct supervision experience required OR Previous direct supervision experience highly desired.
