Maintenance Technician / Hvac

Full-time
Hourly Pay: $27.00 to $32.00
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 9:30AM- 6:00PM
HVAC Tech performs skilled and semi-skilled work in the daily and preventative care, repair, and maintenance of building systems and equipment. 
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years hands-on with troubleshooting, repair of commercial HVAC equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, ice machines, household and commercial appliances, general electrical, plumbing and maintenance knowledge.  
A day in the life may include:

Performing heating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and remodeling work.
Ensuring that all unoccupied residential units are ready for new residents
maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the community
Ensuring the maximum quality of life possible for all residents in alignment with the company's mission, vision and core beliefs

To be successful in the role, you would have:

Must have HVAC Certification
5+ years of previous experience in building maintenance or construction, or any equivalent combination of training and experience
Commercial and home appliance experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Current & valid Drivers' License and driving record free of major infractions
Availability that includes evenings and some weekends
