Maintenance Worker

Summary Position Summary The Maintenance I - MEM role performs maintenance and service tasks such as trash removal, grounds maintenance, snow removal, and building and property maintenance.



Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications: Valid Driver's license required.
Certification in HazMat, Landscaping or other trade license as required.
Experience: Three years of related experience including groundskeeping required.
