INTECON, LLC is seeking a capable and experienced 13-1111 Management Analyst to support Air Force operations by providing detailed program office management, organizational analysis, and data-driven recommendations to optimize performance and efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive program office management support, handling task tracking, calendar management, and workflow distribution to align with AFSC's operational needs. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems, and implement procedures to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist in standardizing and optimizing management practices. Perform data extraction, management, and analysis for research purposes, presenting findings on trends related to Logistics, IT, and Operational Technology (OT). Manage and maintain SharePoint sites and Teams platforms for effective document control, task oversight, and communication among teams. Act as an action officer and facilitator
for various projects, ensuring quality control of materials and preparing briefings for leadership. Support maintenance and supply portfolio management by aiding in IT system tracking, policy compliance, and reporting requirements outlined by AF standards. Develop and maintain technical documentation
related to supply programs and maintenance activities. Provide thorough risk assessments and propose data-driven solutions to inform decision-making and support program evaluations. Effectively communicate analysis, findings, and recommendations to AFSC leadership, ensuring clarity and alignment with performance management expectations. Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience:
10 years of significant experience in conducting organizational studies and supporting high-visibility projects or programs. Certifications and Training:
Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Advanced training in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for complex data management and Access for database management. Training in IT systems management and workflow tools, including SharePoint and Teams, is highly advantageous. Security Clearance:
