As Manager, Business Analytics and Insights, you will be at the helm of driving data-driven excellence, leadership, and innovation within our marketing organization. In the ever-evolving landscape of residential construction, data is the currency that fuels growth, innovation, and strategic decision-making. You will work collaboratively with the Senior Director, Sales and Marketing Enablement and other cross-functional teams to drive the strategic vision, leadership, and the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights. Whether it's optimizing marketing campaigns, enhancing customer experiences, or shaping long-term strategies, your proficiency in data analysis and natural curiosity will be pivotal in shaping Empire's data-driven future.
This role is located at our Empire Atlanta Office in Atlanta, GA.
What We Are Looking For: Post-secondary education in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business or Marketing 5+ years experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, GA4) and experience using analytics framework, leveraging tools including Google Analytics Experience in CRM Systems including Salesforce Pardot Excellent understanding of data analysis, statistical modelling, and data visualization Bonus If You Have These Skills: Experience developing and executing data-driven strategies aligned with business goals and measuring KPIs Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data analytics to derive insights and support in the decision making process Why Join Empire?
