CLEAR is replacing the clipboard with a single, universal identity in healthcare. In this role you will drive business/revenue growth for CLEAR's Healthcare vertical. You will establish and expand strategic partnerships/deals with healthcare clients who are looking for unique identity solutionsWhat you'll do:Apply a tenacious approach to pursuing new markets, creating and bringing clients through a full sales pipeline, and overcoming customer concerns Manage day-to-day business development and relationships with healthcare clients (health systems, health plans, digital health, etc.). Manage existing pipeline during your first 90 days and beginning to build your own pipeline after 90 days Partner cross-functionally internally with Product, Enablement & Growth, Legal, Security to align business requirements with existing/future capabilitiesConduct research, deliver competitive intelligence on healthcare business trends, conduct capability needs/development, and support internal forecasting processes.Be a subject matter expert in CLEAR's existing products and future capabilitiesManage prospective clients through the sales process and be the point-of-contact between internal and external partnersHow you'll measure success:Attainment of revenue goals including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Total Contract Value (TCV)Development of sales strategies to capture new businessSupport of long term account growth measured by product upsells/expansion and customer retention Addition of new CLEAR members Successfully managing executive and management relationships at healthcare partnersRegularly exhibiting CLEAR's valuesWhat you're great at:3+ years of healthcare experienceMust have knowledge of healthcare industry, including strong relationships and/or ability to connect and influence healthcare leadershipTenacious and a strategic thinker while pursuing new markets and overcoming customer concernsTrack record of success in developing and nurturing relationships throughout the organizational hierarchy, including senior executives, and have experience implementing and managing healthcare experiencesYou are a team player, with a collaborative and cooperative work style. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.
