The Network Delivery team withinNetwork & Acquirer Solutions (NAS)delivers new technical solutions to meet the evolving demands of global payment networks and adapt to local needs while ensuring continued global interoperability. This enables the Enterprise to attract new customers, operate in new markets, react to changing regulatory demands, and process new types of payments.  A role in the Network Delivery team will challenge you to broaden your skillset and industry acumen in a collaborative, diverse and inclusive team environment.

How will you make an impact in this role?
AsProduct Owneron the Network Data Capabilities team, you'll help drive the Network Data strategy/roadmap and lead
the delivery of related capabilities.  You'll collaborate closely with the Network Product and Architecture teams to refine the
delivery scope, work with the Engineering teams to bring data/payment solutions to market and partner with stakeholders
across the Enterprise to execute strategies that ultimately drive customer value and new Network opportunities.

Key responsibilities:
This business-facing role requires a candidate with strong data management background who understands data, how to ingest data, proper protection/consumption protocols, data quality, and stewardship
Work collaboratively across various stakeholder groups, including Network, Acquiring and Issuing businesses, Marketing, Technologies and Compliance, to envision and deliver Data capabilities on the Network
Work with engineering teams to refine the backlog, prioritize and be accountable for the delivery of capabilities, ensuring quality and predictability
Support Scaled Agile delivery framework and champion Network Capability Delivery objectives and key results

Qualifications:
Experience working in Payment industry; familiarity with Single Message is desired
Significant experience with project management methodologies (Agile preferred) to deliver in a large scale, complex projects/programs with multiple stakeholders and priorities
Thrive in taking an analytical approach with ability to develop insights and provide recommendations for prioritization decisions
Keen to understand the "why" and "why not", transformation mindset with strong customer focus
Exceptional relationship management and conflict resolution skills; with a proven track record of influencing and gaining buy-in to drive results
Strong problem-solving skills, critical-thinking skills, strong business acumen and proven ability to effectively articulate business objectives required
Ability to self-start, carve opportunities out of ambiguity, and operate with a high degree of independence
Experience in managing Engineering teams in open-source stack including Apache Cassandra, Spark, and Elastic Search, is desired

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
