Role Description As the Manager of Account Management, you will be a pivotal leader within our organization, overseeing the strategic direction and performance of our dedicated account management team. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, fostering strong relationships, and maximizing revenue growth through effective account management strategies. This is an in office position in Lincoln, NE. Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of account managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success. Account Management Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive account management strategies that align with our overall business objectives. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective upselling, cross-selling, and account penetration strategies. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine account management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in either a business or technical area preferred Relevant work experience with telecommunication services and data networks Relevant work experience involving sales or customer service Self-motivated with experience in sales and knowledge of technology Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base Strong presentation skills Communicate professionally verbally and in written response to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports Strong analytical abilities as well as persuasion/negotiation skills Proficiency at eliminating sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
