The Job

Manages a team of representatives that provide centralized, diversified HR services in a service center or shared services environment.

You Will

Oversees the work of a team that provides consultative guidance to managers and employees on issues related to benefits, compensation, payroll, organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, and or performance management.

Ensures that policies applied by each business unit, division, or profit center comply with policies and procedures as established by the organization.

Develops goals and tracks performance against key indicators, assesses departmental

Actively support the achievement of SCAN's Vision and Goals.

Other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications

3-5 years of Human Resources Operations experience
2-3 years of leadership experience
Excellent customer/employee service skills.
Highly developed oral and written communications skills with the ability to effectively convey information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and effectively execute tasks within a given deadline.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root cause of an issue.Strategic thinker and innovative

Base Pay Range: $92,400.00 to $147,800.00 annually
