What you'll do...

The Senior Product Manager, Sample Management is a dynamic and experienced Product Manager, focusing on advancing our market research sampling products.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of market research expertise, data literacy, and technical acumen.


This exciting opportunity will work primarily with Design, Tech, Data, Business and Cross functional teams.
The role is based in H oboken, NJ or San Bruno, CA or Bentonville, AR

and reports to Senior Manager, Product Management.


Responsibilities Include ...

Product Vision and Strategy: Drive the strategy, development, and enhancement of sampling solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients and stakeholders.
Product Development and Roadmap Planning: Manage product roadmaps, gather and document requirements, and collect and analyze customer and product data.
Prioritize the product backlog and provide clarity around requirements to the product development team.
Establish product roadmap expectations, performance measures, and goals.
Manage the adoption of new and emerging technologies.
Understand complete systems architecture, services involved, and the database and cloud technologies used.
Market Research Expertise: Utilize deep understanding of market research methodologies and sampling techniques to inform product development decisions.
Data Literacy: Interpret complex data sets and analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to drive product enhancements.
Technical Acumen: Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
User Experience: Work with design team to champion user-centric design principles to create intuitive and effective sampling solutions, optimizing user experience and satisfaction.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive analysis to benchmark our sampling products against industry standards and identify areas for differentiation.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate cross-functionally with design, tech, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption and success.
Build strong relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders You'll sweep us off our feet if... Possess an understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies Have at least 6 years of product management with 2 years in B2C space.
Experience launching Enterprise B2B and B2C web and mobile products Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate into business impact / requirements Minimum of two years of Retail experience Work with cross functional and global teams across different time zones Bring a user-centric product management approach Possess and understanding of data, data management and good data practices Have an understanding of basic data analytics and data science concepts Have excellent user story writing skills, user journey mapping, wireframing, and workflow diagrams Bring experience with data analytics tools such as SQL and/or BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc Have effective communication skills at all levels and can breakdown technical platform information to nontechnical stakeholders.
Have a passion for working directly with engineers, designers, and data analysts within your SCRUM team You'll make an impact by... As the Product Manager for Sample Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sampling solutions and driving business growth.
Your contributions will directly impact our clients' ability to make informed decisions based on reliable data insights.
Lead the ideation and development of cutting-edge sampling products that leverage advanced methodologies and technology.
Introduce new features and enhancements that improve data accuracy, sample representativeness, and overall efficiency for researchers and analysts.

Minimum Qualifications...

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
