As amanaging attorneyon our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a leadership role while also maintaining a small case load. Providing legal representation to Progressive or clients, you'll handle cases from beginning to end. As a manager, you'll also make employment decisions, handle performance management, monitor the department budget, make compensation decisions and develop employees.

This is a hybrid position with occasional travel to an office for meetings and/or training. Candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance of the office they support.

Must-have qualifications Active license to practice law in California 5 years general/auto civil litigation experience This position may require a valid driver's license and auto insurance
