We are excited to be hiring for our Managing Director, Sales Leader position in the Treasury and Payment space within the Commercial Bank. This position will work with our Diversified Industries Middle Market client segment and bankers offering both cash management and payment solutions. This role will lead a large team focused on improving operational efficiency, setting strategic direction, and growing client relationships.
This role is open to our office locations across our East United States footprint for the Commercial bank.
Responsibilities: Achieves sales and other targets established by business plans.Continuously assesses and improves work processes for sales and service management, risk management, and compliance.Optimizes opportunities through deal teams and sales calls.Influences the strategic direction of the line of business.Fosters a culture aligned to BMO purpose, values, and strategy.Ensures alignment between values and behaviour that fosters diversity and inclusion.Builds interdependent teams that collaborate across functional and operating groups.Attracts, retains, and enables the career development of top talent.Generates significant revenue for the bank and recognizes revenue opportunities.Leads the deal team in executing pitches to prospective clients.Oversees documentation and ongoing monitoring of asset and client performance.Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders for making business decisions.Defines business requirements for analytics & reporting.Maintains current client information on Bank system/files.Operates at a group/enterprise-wide level and serves as a senior specialist resource.Applies expertise to address unique or ambiguous situations.Qualifications: Typically 9+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study.Seasoned expert with extensive industry knowledge.Technical leader viewed as a thought leader for innovation.Expert verbal & written communication skills.Expert analytical and problem-solving skills.Expert influence skills.Expert collaboration & team skills.Able to manage ambiguity.Expert data-driven decision making.Salary: $128,000.00 - $238,000.00
