Responsibilities
• Schedule appointments with clients' customers• Discuss telecommunication services with customers• Enhance customer experience and build loyalty• Assist customers in selecting products and services• Set up customer accounts and facilitate delivery and installation• Process upgrades, downgrades, and new product purchases• Attend sales and management training meetings• Help train other sales representatives• Learn operations side of the business (e.g. human resources, scheduling)• Travel for business
