As a member of the Brizo brand team, the Marketing Contractor will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and agency partners to enhance the brand's market presence to increase brand advocacy and engagement for the Brizo brand. Collaborating with internal and external teams, you will: Cultivate a deep understanding of our products, innovations, and target audiences. Support the development of brand marketing messaging. Manage direct mail production for designer and influencer programming. Support with interior design installation projects. Coordinate and manage the day-to-day organizational objectives for the Brand marketing team. Collaborate with agency partners for day-to-day project management and event programming. Monitor and manage brand marketing KPI tracker using analytics tools and provide insights to improve future initiatives. Build and maintain industry expertise by keeping up with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing and advertising insights. This role provides significant opportunity for independence and growth. The ideal candidate must be proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Responsibilities: Develop and review brand marketing copy and messaging, including training and education materials, claims, FAQ's, press releases, awards submissions, quotes and talking points for brand representatives, events and presentations, etc. Coordinate and manage the day-to-day organizational objectives for the Brand marketing team, including team agendas, meeting notes/recaps and annual marketing events calendar. Manage and collaborate with production partners to execute the Brizo brand direct mail strategy to luxury interior designers and influencers. Collaborate with agency partners and coordinate interior design installation projects, including product orders, installation inquiries, project deliverables and KPI analyses. Collaborate with agency partners for day-to-day project management and ad-hoc event programming. Manage brand marketing KPI tracker using analytics tools and provide insights to improve future initiatives. Work efficiently and effectively with various teams across the organization on projects with competing timelines. Be a trusted advisor and a strong collaborator with cross-functional team members. Education & Experience: 1-3+ years of marketing and/or advertising experience Writing / copywriting experience preferred Comfortability learning new systems and programs Presentation experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet Effective and clear communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a concise manner; both verbally and in writing to various audiences Comfortable working independently within tight, and often changing, timelines while managing competing priorities
