The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing and advertising activities. They assist in conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior data, and creating marketing and sales metrics reports.
Some responsibilities include;
Manage marketing campaigns launched including seasonal campaigns promoting family visits, Field Trips, Birthday Parties, and B2B events.
Oversee variable program marketing and events management, such as Grand Openings
Coordinate marketing strategies for KidZania partners (IPs), including marketing proposal creation and reporting
New product launch management
Cross-promotions: maintaining communication with local businesses and influencers
Create content for social media and provide directions for photographers
Update business information on platforms such as Google Maps, Yelp, and Apple Maps
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, and Yelp, including SEO
Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Plan execute, and measure experiments and conversions tests
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to design landing pages and optimize user experience
Analyze competitors and target audiences
Ability to collaborate with various departments including but not limited to Content, Group Sales, IP, and HR
Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from timeto time in their sole and complete discretion.
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year accredited institution in marketing or a related field (Preferred)
Work Experience;
At least one year of proven work experience in marketing.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
Understanding the specifics if the entertainment industry.
Demonstratable experience utilizing SEO/SEM, marketing, database, email, and social media.
Proficient in MSO technology, including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Required Skills;
Must have excellent verbal and written communication and networking skills and exceptional/ confident presentation skills. Preferably to have superb client relationship management with continuous follow-up, data collection, and data analysis for social media purposes.
Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience
Ability to approach tasks systematically with analytical thinking
Experience with programs such as Tilda, Shopify, Figma, Notion, Planner, and Trello
Knowledge and confident experience with analytics systems
Ability to draw logical conclusions based on data analysis
Trend Tracking
Fluent in English – both written and spoken
Bi-lingual: English/Russian (Required)
Pay: Starting at $45,000 salaried position
