We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join the KORE Power marketing team in our Coeur d'Alene office. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of marketing experience and a strong background in marketing research, content planning, graphic design, and customer journey mapping. Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, graphic design, CRM platforms preferred. Candidates with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot) experience will be given first consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Gather and analyze data to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
Content Planning:
Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging content for various channels, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
Customer Journey Mapping:
Create and maintain customer journey maps to better understand customer interactions and improve their experience.
Identify key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
Graphic Design:
Support the creation of marketing materials, including digital and print assets.
Utilize graphic design skills to enhance visual content and ensure brand consistency.
Pardot Management:
Manage and optimize Pardot marketing automation campaigns.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the energy or manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing research.
Proven experience in content planning and development.
Familiarity with customer journey mapping techniques.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience with CRM platforms, including Salesforce.
Experience with Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms.
Familiarity with Zoominfo or other research platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
