Job Summary: You'll play a vital role in helping our team plan, create, organize, and execute sales and marketing campaigns, product launches, and activities that ensure positive customer interactions and experiences with our offerings. High attention to detail, coupled with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, will contribute to the success of our efforts.
This role is within the Marketing & Customer Experience team and reports to the VP of Marketing & Customer Experience. Individual must be an enthusiastic team player, with the ability to work closely with others to achieve common goals.
Job Responsibilities: Strategic Campaign Coordination: Plan, create, and execute comprehensive sales and marketing campaigns, and targeted promotions to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
Multifaceted Content Creation: Design and produce visually appealing assets to enhance brand communication and craft compelling content for diverse platforms including website, intranet, blog, social posts, digital ads, email newsletters, email drip campaigns, print material, promotional assets, and SWAG.
Digital Marketing Leadership: Spearhead interactive initiatives, that include website development and maintenance, SEO, SEM, and social media management and encompasses all facets of planning, budgeting, scheduling, buying, and analytical reporting.
Business and Market Intelligence: Perform in-depth research on industry trends, competitive landscape and customer preferences, and utilize insights to shape marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Customer Insight Generation: Solicit and analyze customer feedback mechanisms including surveys and interviews and identify trends and improvement areas to enhance customer satisfaction.
Event Support: Assist with event scheduling and registration processes, coordinate logistics for booth setup, and ensure timely arrival and proper setup of all event assets.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer experience, streamline marketing processes, and implement bast practices enhancing operational efficiency
Data Steward: Maintain accurate marketing data and customer records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Performance Analytics: Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing campaigns effectiveness, preparing comprehensive reports on key metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
Vendor Management: Liaise with external marketing vendors, agencies, and suppliers for targeted initiatives and to ensure purchases align with company's goals and objectives, and brand standards.
Budget Oversight: Support marketing budget management, expense tracking, and optimize cost-effectiveness across all marketing initiatives.
Industry Acumen: Stay abreast of emerging trends in digital marketing, social media, and customer engagement and apply cutting-edge practices to maintain a competitive advantage in the industry.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments, task forces, and teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of experience, emphasizing strategy, content creation, and interactive development.Strong organizational and project coordination skills.Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a calm demeanor under pressure.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Highly proficient in WordPress, AdWords, digital ad buying, Social Media Platforms and their analytics.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Premier Pro; marketing tools such as Buffer, Canva, and Mautic; and Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Drupal and Salesforce, is a plus.Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast paced, cross functional environment.Detail oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.Passionate about marketing and the customer experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow.Competitive compensation packageComprehensive healthcare, vision, and dental plans401(k) retirement plan with company matchGenerous vacation and paid time offComplimentary gym membershipCollaborative and innovative work environmentOpportunities for career growthIf you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and a desire to contribute, we invite you to join our team IRIS Networks.
