Our New York office is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

We are looking for a talented professional to fill the role of Marketing Coordinator to play an integral role in building and engaging our client base, and they will be responsible for assisting with campaign development, executing effective marketing strategies across different channels, and promoting the long-term growth of our firm.
Responsibilities: ? Assist with the development, implementation, and tracking of marketing programs such as social media, and digital campaigns.
? Write creative and impactful content for a variety of different mediums.
? Create engaging marketing materials, including but not limited to digital and print sales collateral, email campaigns, presentations and internal newsletters
? Ensure all creative assets and marketing materials are within brand guidelines.
? Work closely with internal teams, as well as external agencies and vendors to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives.
? Proactively identify PR and panel speaking opportunities within the industry across all sectors of Commercial Real Estate. Maintain a comprehensive list of sponsorship options, awards, recognitions, and upcoming events, complete with submission deadlines and event dates. Develop tailored content to effectively capitalize on each opportunity.
? Effectively track and manage listing activity across diverse sectors and departments for all agents. Utilize platforms such as Costar, Loopnet, Crexi, SAB's website, and various 3rd party channels to monitor listing data.
? Implement dynamic video and digital content for SAB's social strategy, including department introductions, market updates, blog posts, company advertisements, voiceovers, and more.
? Maintain well-organized and strategic email and social calendars across various departments to track and optimize campaign schedules.
Skills and Qualifications: ?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
? Must have at least two years one year of Marketing experience (Real Estate experience is preferred)
? Strong knowledge of marketing tools and systems such as Salesforce, Pardot, and content management systems
? Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative concepts and designs
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Skilled in writing and editing marketing content
? Ability to effectively work & interact with team members
? Extraordinary attention to detail
? Excellent organizational and project-management problem-solving skills
? Must have a solid grasp of graphic design principles
? Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Salesforce, and Pardot.
? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
